FOREIGN MISSIONS SUPPORT
GEORGIA AGAPE – Have you ever been so sick that you needed someone to help you through your day for an extended period of time? Has someone had to explain things to you several times before you began to “get it” even a little bit? Have you ever been separated from your family and wished that you could talk to just one family member?
Most everyone can or will go through one of those experiences in a lifetime. The biggest factor in coping is having someone who will be there to provide emotional support. Children in foster care are dealing with these kinds of things. They need to have their brothers and sisters accessible. They need to have a supportive family to help them cope.
AGAPE has scheduled a foster parent training class for families interested in caring for sibling groups, special needs children and teenagers. If you can help, please call Jayne Osburn, 770-452-9995 or email her at Jayne@GeorgiaAgape.org and put your church’s name in the title line.
Please pray for this and all our Mission work.
